About us
Our Story
A family table, a clay oven and a love for the spices of India, now in the heart of Kigali.
From India to Kigali
[Restaurant Name] was born from a simple idea: to bring the warmth of an Indian family kitchen to Kigali. Our recipes come from [region or family in India], passed down and cooked with the same care today.
We blend our masalas in-house from whole spices, marinate our meats and paneer overnight, and bake every naan fresh in our traditional clay tandoor. Each dish is made to share, just as it is at home in India.
Rwanda has welcomed us warmly, and we are proud to serve our neighbours, visitors and friends from around the world.
What We Believe In
Fresh Ingredients
We cook daily with fresh vegetables, quality meats and, wherever we can, ingredients sourced from local Rwandan suppliers.
Traditional Recipes
Slow cooking, hand-ground spices and time-honoured methods give every dish its true Indian character.
Warm Hospitality
In India, a guest is treated like family. We welcome every visitor to our table in the same spirit.
Meet Our Chef
[Chef Name], [Head Chef / Owner]
[Chef Name] trained in [city or restaurant] and has spent [XX] years perfecting the flavors of [North Indian / South Indian / regional] cuisine. Their philosophy is simple: use honest ingredients, respect the spices and let the food speak for itself.
Ask the team about the chef’s special of the day, and tell us how spicy you like it. We will cook it just right.
Inside Our Kitchen
Our tandoor is lit every day before service. Naan, kebabs and tikkas are cooked at high heat in the clay oven, giving them the smoky flavor that gas and electric ovens cannot match.
